Senior Analyst - Control Management

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring control management is integrated into daily operations, the full-time Senior Analyst - Control Management will collaborate extensively across business units to support issue resolution, validate remediation efficacy, and analyze data to identify trends and systemic risks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the End-to-End (E2E) business unit gap resolution process and track progress in accordance with operational risk event remediation procedures
• Collaborate on investigations and conduct root cause analyses to address recurring issues, while performing quality assurance on documentation of operational risk issues
• Identify trends in issues and events to pinpoint potential systemic risks and assist in preparing detailed reports on issue status and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or a similar field
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills with a focus on complex project governance
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and evaluate risk scenarios
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis for operational risk issues
• Understanding of processes that align with policies and regulatory frameworks
