Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Conversational AI Analytics to join their Digital & CX analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the measurement framework for conversational AI products, defining KPIs and tracking performance metrics
  • Conduct mixed-methods research to analyze user experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights and ensure alignment with data governance standards


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in UX analytics, product analytics, or a related data-focused role
  • Proficiency with analytics and BI tools for building dashboards and reporting
  • Strong understanding of UX research methods and conversational AI concepts
  • Experience analyzing conversation-level data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying conversation logs; Python or R knowledge is a plus
