Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze industry conditions and assess impacts on the company, supporting project implementations
• Create clear and compelling materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
• Build financial models and conduct due diligence on investment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred
• 1 - 3 years of post-undergraduate work experience required, preferably in Finance, Consulting, or Data Science
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint)
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles along with data analysis
