Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic initiatives, including market research and financial modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track strategic initiatives and M&A efforts
• Prepare executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs for leadership and board updates

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech environment
• Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations with proficiency in synthesizing complex information
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis, able to distill data into relevant insights
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in building financial models
• Strong financial and business acumen
