Senior Analyst, CRE Transactions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Transactions Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all steps surrounding corporate real estate transactions, including project initiation, market surveys, and lease execution
• Proactively manage lease events by tracking critical dates and expiration timelines
• Prepare and interpret financial analyses to determine the financial impact of various transaction scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 2-5 years of corporate real estate experience in managing transactions or lease administration
• Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities
• High level of personal credibility with strong customer relationship and networking skills
