Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead or Senior Analyst, Customer Energy Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an expert on distributed energy resources, load management, and demand-side management programs
Write and present clear responses to research requests regarding energy efficiency and DER program design
Gather and analyze research from various sources, and create actionable reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
Three to five years of relevant experience in the utility or energy consulting industry
Demonstrated expertise with DER, load management, and energy efficiency programs
Proficient with quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI, SPSS, R, or Python is a plus
