Job Summary
Leading critical campaigns within the Email and Direct Mail channels, the full-time Senior Analyst, Customer Growth will manage strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of email and direct mail campaigns, collaborating with internal and external creative agencies
- Ensure alignment across partners and maintain shared ownership for seamless go-to-market execution and effective issue resolution
- Develop and manage test and learn curriculum to drive organic revenue growth and provide campaign-level insights for decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a keen interest in performance marketing
- 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing
- Exceptional project management skills with expertise in campaign execution and time management
- Robust analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to interpret data for strategy formulation
- Strong collaborative skills to drive results through influence with key partners and stakeholders
