Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and customer experience goals
  • Analyze and interpret customer journey data to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement customer experience improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, customer experience, marketing, analytics, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in an analyst role with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
  • 2+ years of experience applying customer experience insights to support CX initiatives
  • Demonstrated curiosity and knowledge of generative AI tools in analytics
  • Familiarity with CX/Voice of Customer platforms and customer journey mapping is an asset
