Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and customer experience goals
- Analyze and interpret customer journey data to deliver actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement customer experience improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, customer experience, marketing, analytics, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in an analyst role with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- 2+ years of experience applying customer experience insights to support CX initiatives
- Demonstrated curiosity and knowledge of generative AI tools in analytics
- Familiarity with CX/Voice of Customer platforms and customer journey mapping is an asset
