Job Summary
Driving innovative marketing strategies, the full-time Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing will develop and execute dialogic marketing initiatives for the U.S. SME segment, focusing on customer engagement and onboarding experiences to enhance revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Account Development and Early Experience channel strategies for Small Business and Corporate customers
- Develop and evolve Field Marketing strategies to effectively reach customers and colleagues
- Lead campaign execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in campaign development and execution
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in utilizing AI in a business context
