Job Summary
Driving the dialogic marketing strategy for the U.S. SME segment, the full-time Senior Analyst, Customer Field Marketing will execute end-to-end strategies for the Early Experience channel, focusing on onboarding and customer engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Account Development and Early Experience channel strategies for Small Business and Corporate customers
- Develop and evolve Field Marketing strategies to engage customers and colleagues effectively
- Lead campaign execution by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of marketing experience, particularly in campaign development and execution
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in utilizing AI in a professional capacity
