Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Customer Success is a full-time position focused on data analytics within the OEM Customer Success organization, where the individual will serve as a trusted advisor to OEM clients, applying advanced analytics to enhance vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced AI and analytics techniques to solve complex data challenges in the automotive industry
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and develop predictive models for vehicle faults
- Build strong client relationships and deliver insights that support business decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive, consulting, or data analytics-related roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
