Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Customer Success is a full-time position focused on data analytics within the OEM Customer Success organization, where the individual will serve as a trusted advisor to OEM clients, applying advanced analytics to enhance vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced AI and analytics techniques to solve complex data challenges in the automotive industry
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and develop predictive models for vehicle faults
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver insights that support business decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in automotive, consulting, or data analytics-related roles
