Job Summary
Acting as a data analyst lead and trusted advisor, the full-time Senior Analyst, Customer Success will leverage automotive sales and pricing expertise to drive client satisfaction and retention while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage BI tools and Excel to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insights
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients, ensuring they effectively utilize J.D. Power's data
- Generate in-depth analysis on U.S. automotive retail industry changes, focusing on sales volume, pricing, and incentives
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive retail sales, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics
- Automotive industry experience in finance, analytics, or pricing is highly desirable
- Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using BI platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot
- Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking
