Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain

Job Summary

Driving execution of replenishment strategies, the full-time Senior Analyst, Customer Supply Chain will leverage advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration to enhance inventory performance and support strategic decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with sales and inventory goals
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations for inventory management
• Manage and optimize promotional allocations and new item launches to improve execution and minimize waste

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, supply chain, or customer-facing analytics roles
• Strong experience with multiple data sources, including POS and inventory systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes
