Senior Analyst, Development Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting the Franchise Development organization, the full-time Senior Analyst, Development Strategy will deliver high-impact analytics and strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and growth strategy while working onsite at the corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual sales goals and conduct monthly and quarterly performance assessments against budget
• Compile and analyze research and insights to support development analysis, including competitor comparisons and market feasibility studies
• Respond to analytical requests from sales teams and enhance tools to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in analytics, finance, operations, or strategy preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leaders
