Job Summary

Supporting regional business users in adopting and optimizing Advisory Technology platforms, the full-time Senior Analyst, Digital Enablement will provide technical support, user training, and coordination for onboarding and platform engagement in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for business users, triaging and resolving issues related to Advisory technology platforms
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new broker teams, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback, support testing for releases, and communicate updates to users
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technology enablement, operations, support, or a similar function
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and learning new tools quickly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed for in-market rollouts or office presence
