Senior Analyst - Digital Governance

Job Summary

Supporting a sustainable compliance capability, the full-time Senior Analyst - Digital Governance will lead compliance assessments, partner with various departments to embed regulatory requirements, and implement automated monitoring solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance assessments and control evaluations to identify gaps and strengthen assurance across enterprise operations
• Partner with multiple departments to embed regulatory and control requirements into operational workflows and transformation programs
• Implement automated compliance monitoring and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility into control performance and support continuous compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, governance, audit, or risk management
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks in complex enterprise environments
• Experience with continuous monitoring or auditing practices
• Ability to assess control effectiveness and translate findings into actionable remediation plans
