Senior Analyst - Doctor Compensation
Job Summary
To support the Payroll team within Finance, the full-time Senior Analyst - Doctor Compensation will manage monthly calculations of doctor compensation, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in payment schedules while working in a hybrid environment based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations and payment schedules for individual providers
- Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments and maintain documentation of compensation methodologies
- Assist in budget forecasting and the development of compensation tracking and reporting systems
Required qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. in Finance or Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis; physician compensation experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and resolve variances in large data sets
- Proficiency in Office 365, Advanced Excel, and Power BI
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work
