Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic direction for the PEC training program globally, focusing on environmental regulations
• Tailor training programs to regional requirements and assess their effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
• Generate content, coordinate with subject matter experts, and educate employees across various functional groups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Power Point, Word, and Excel)
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
