Senior Analyst - Finance

Job Summary

Serving as the dedicated finance partner to the Go-to-Market organization, the full-time Senior Analyst - Finance will manage revenue analytics, capacity decisions, and renewal strategies while producing recurring revenue forecasts and engaging with revenue leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the ARR bridge and produce weekly bookings forecasts by segment and channel
• Build and maintain cohort analyses to identify retention trends and drivers of customer churn
• Partner with the CRO on sales capacity modeling and GTM compensation analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 4-7 years of experience in SaaS FP&A, revenue finance, or GTM analytics with strong financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated mastery of SaaS revenue metrics and cohort analysis
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for revenue data
• Proficiency in financial planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning or Anaplan
