Senior Analyst, Finance
Job Summary
To support the AccessOne business, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Finance will lead financial planning and performance, develop complex financial models, and drive commercial pricing decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to inform executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support pricing strategies and portfolio economics
- Collaborate with Deal Desk to evaluate pricing requests and assess financial impacts of custom deal structures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, or a related analytical role
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel, including the ability to build and maintain complex models
- Experience with FP&A platforms such as Adaptive Insights or Workday Financials
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
