Senior Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

Serving as an embedded finance partner to senior functional leaders, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, FP&A will manage cost center budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling while driving strategic insights and margin improvement opportunities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own cost center budgeting and monthly variance analysis for assigned functional areas, including headcount and compensation modeling
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models supporting cost management, margin analysis, and resource allocation decisions
• Surface strategic insights and improvement opportunities, proactively identifying margin enhancement and investment prioritization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or a comparable analytical role within a SaaS or technology environment
• Demonstrated experience serving as an embedded finance partner to senior business leaders
• Strong financial modeling capability, including building cost models and P&Ls from inception
• Working knowledge of SaaS unit economics, margin analysis, and operational efficiency benchmarking
