Senior Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

Driving FP&A activities in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Analyst, FP&A will manage and forecast professional services and sales partner organizations, collaborating with various teams to create and oversee KPIs, budgets, and forecasts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and forecast professional services and sales partner organizations, ensuring alignment on planning and budgeting
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to create and manage short and long-term KPIs and business models
• Contribute to the monthly close process by reviewing accruals and reconciling actuals vs forecast for revenue and expenses

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Proven experience supporting professional services and sales partner organizations
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, including partner rebate programs and professional services capacity planning
• Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for financial performance optimization
