Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while working remotely from the US or Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial performance management for COO and CFO organizations
- Create and enhance financial models, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to improve executive visibility and support data-driven decisions
- Develop insights and recommendations for leadership regarding budget performance, variance drivers, and investment trade-offs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Experience in SaaS/technology companies or private equity environments is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning processes and communicate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
