Senior Analyst, Front Line Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Front Line Controls Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and maintenance of an effective internal control framework across relevant departments
• Manage documentation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes to align with regulatory requirements
• Oversee remediation efforts and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory bodies

Key Requirements:

• Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management or internal audit within the banking sector
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and internal controls
• Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards and Regulatory Category IV banking requirements preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
