Senior Analyst, GTM Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, GTM Business Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of GTM roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and release plans with IT and Program Management teams
• Support Business Process Owners in documenting processes and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Define, track, and report on success metrics and adoption measures for releases and changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or similar roles in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of enterprise GTM motions and experience with Salesforce and process mapping methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in building dashboards and interpreting operational data
• Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives in a changing environment
