Senior Analyst - HCM Payroll

Job Summary

To support a large healthcare system, the long-term contract Senior Analyst - HCM Payroll will provide operational consulting for UKG Pro, ensuring accurate end-to-end HCM and payroll processes while working remotely during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including processing, validations, and reconciliations
• Oversee system configuration and integrations, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data flow issues and maintain operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HCM, and payroll systems
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including core HCM and payroll modules
• Strong understanding of US payroll processing and multi-state taxation
• Familiarity with data privacy standards, particularly in handling protected health information (PHI)
• Experience in managed services or shared services environments with structured SLAs
