Senior Analyst - Healthcare Analytics

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing healthcare navigation and compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst - Healthcare Analytics will work remotely to analyze medical and pharmacy claims, build data products, and resolve data issues using SQL and Python.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims to develop and maintain data products that support pricing, quality, and compliance tools
• Apply advanced models and queries to resolve data issues and improve internal analytics tools and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and sustain complex code and workflows while ensuring data quality and performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of data analysis experience, with at least three years focused on healthcare claims
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data, including relevant coding standards
• Experience with large-scale data processing tools such as Spark and Databricks
