Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics
Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Economics team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Healthcare Analytics will utilize and develop analytic tools to solve complex business challenges, focusing on cost management and business development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and underwriting of capitated risk proposals, including cost projections and trend analysis
- Perform research and analysis of healthcare claims and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Translate analyses into customer-ready deliverables using visualization tools and facilitate interactions with clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
- 1-3 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and calculations
