Senior Analyst, HEDIS Analytics
Job Summary
To support the quality department's digital HEDIS strategy, the remote Senior Analyst, HEDIS Analytics will provide analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling while implementing automation of reporting processes and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Implement reporting workflows and document processes related to quality initiatives
- Identify data improvement opportunities by analyzing HEDIS/QARR/Star reports and addressing data issues
- Develop and maintain automated quality dashboards and advanced statistical analyses for various populations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical/quantitative field; Master's Degree preferred
- 4 - 6+ years of relevant professional work experience
- 3+ years of experience in managed care/healthcare analytics
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars, with experience in electronic clinical quality measures
- Proficient in statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., SAS, R, Power BI, Tableau)
