Senior Analyst High-Yield Credit

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Managing Director, Senior Analyst of High-Yield Corporate Credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Sole coverage of companies in specified sectors to recommend and monitor leveraged credits for CLO platform and opportunistic credit funds
• Evaluate full capital structures with fundamental analysis, risk awareness, and financial modeling
• Prepare investment recommendations, memos, updates, and contribute to portfolio management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of directly relevant investing experience
• Expertise across capital structures, industries, debt restructurings, and legal documentation
• Conduct independent research for due diligence and risk identification
• Knowledge of CLO constraints and mechanics
• Prefer CFA and/or MBA, with a background in math or accounting
