Senior Analyst Hotel Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Hotel Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Research hotel property management and rates/inventory software to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
• Partner with stakeholders to manage business and functional requirements throughout the solution development lifecycle
• Measure the performance of technology capabilities to maximize revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or similar role
• Experience supporting product management initiatives and familiarity with IT SDLC and/or agile methodologies
• Hospitality technology experience (PMS or RMT systems) preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
