Job Summary
To support the execution of global compensation plans, the contract Senior Analyst, HRIS Oracle Fusion HCM (Workforce Compensation Focus) will design, configure, and manage complex compensation cycles remotely while partnering with Total Rewards leaders to ensure data security and an optimized user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation and execution of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation plans
- Conduct fit/gap analysis on compensation matrices and manage functional documentation
- Optimize compensation interfaces and enforce strict HCM security profiles to protect sensitive data
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Workforce Compensation
- Experience leading compensation workshops and conducting gap analysis
- Advanced proficiency in configuring eligibility profiles and Fast Formulas
- Strong mathematical acumen for managing sensitive compensation data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
