Senior Analyst, IM Service Delivery
Job Summary
Responsible for strategy development and implementation of service delivery resources, the full-time Senior Analyst, IM Service Delivery will oversee IT service delivery governance, manage operational facilities, and ensure optimal use of Microsoft 365 technologies while collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for service delivery resources and operational governance
- Manage budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring for automated systems and services
- Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft 365 services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in operational excellence for Microsoft O365 messaging and IM
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise mobility management
- Experience with SOX, PCI, GDPR compliance controls
- ITIL V3 foundation eLearning completion is required
