Senior Analyst, Incentive Programs

Job Summary

Owning the tracking and reporting of performance and earned revenue across health plan incentive programs, the full-time Senior Analyst, Incentive Programs will manage program inventories, monitor performance, and produce executive reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory of health plan incentive programs and translate contract terms into a revenue opportunity model
• Monitor performance against payout thresholds and identify high-value measures for targeted internal goals
• Produce monthly executive reports and dashboards, highlighting performance, risks, and recommendations for senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, public health, health policy, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of analytic experience in a health plan, IPA, MSO, or provider organization
• Working knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars measure specifications
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets
• Demonstrated experience in building executive reporting and translating analysis into actionable recommendations
