Job Summary
To support global payroll operations, the full-time Senior Analyst International Compensation will manage tax compliance, payroll documentation, and financial invoicing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of taxability matrices and payroll guides for supported countries
- Manage client invoicing and reconcile payroll calculations with invoices to ensure financial accuracy
- Train and mentor team members while promoting process improvements and collaboration with internal and external partners
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of global payroll tax and international compensation
- Experience with multi-country payroll operations and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in payroll systems and tax engines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to document processes effectively
