Senior Analyst - Investment Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and servicing of retirement plan investment accounts, the full-time Senior Analyst - Investment Operations will manage custodial account maintenance, transfers in-kind, and Self-Directed Brokerage Account operations while working remotely from select states.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee custodial account administration, including account establishment, maintenance requests, and documentation tracking
• Coordinate transfers in-kind and asset movements, ensuring timely processing and resolution of discrepancies
• Assist with trade operations support and process improvement initiatives across investment operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan, custodial, or investment operations
• Strong understanding of mutual fund processing and custodial account documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Self-Directed Brokerage Accounts and asset transfer processes
