Senior Analyst, IT Compliance

Job Summary

To enhance IT SOX compliance and internal controls, the full-time Senior Analyst, IT Compliance will evaluate IT General Controls, partner with various teams, and manage compliance documentation and testing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and improvement of the IT SOX compliance program, including planning, risk assessment, and control testing
• Develop and lead control procedure documentation and assess changes due to system implementations
• Collaborate with internal audit and various teams to ensure effective design and monitoring of IT General Controls

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Big 4 experience in IT Audit, IT SOX Compliance, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP, or equivalent certification required
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 requirements, PCAOB standards, and IT General Controls
• Proven experience managing ITGC and SOX compliance programs in a high-growth technology environment
