Job Summary

Serving as a trusted analytics partner, the full-time Senior Analyst, Large Pro Performance will manage relationships with high-value service professionals, conducting performance reviews, translating data insights into actionable strategies, and proactively identifying growth opportunities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of large pro accounts, serving as the primary analytics point of contact
• Conduct structured performance review sessions with pros, explaining key metrics and co-developing action plans for improvement
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences, ensuring actionable insights are communicated effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field, with exposure to account management
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems
