Senior Analyst - Lift Maintenance
Job Summary
Focusing on ski lift maintenance planning across 37 North American resorts, the full-time Senior Analyst - Lift Maintenance will develop annual maintenance plans, support long-term capital planning, and enhance work management practices in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop annual and seasonal lift maintenance plans based on regulatory requirements and asset needs
- Build 5-10-year maintenance and capital plans identifying major overhauls and resource requirements
- Create metrics and dashboards to monitor plan progress, work completion, and asset readiness
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, backlog management, and asset lifecycle planning
- Experience with MaintainX or similar CMMS/EAM systems
- Ability to interpret maintenance procedures and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority
