Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Project Senior Analyst, MRC Manual Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual pricing for MRC claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Analyze complex claims and recommend pricing outcomes balancing cost and customer experience
• Evaluate system and process challenges, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in claims analysis, pricing, or related healthcare operations role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring prioritization and independent decision-making
• Knowledge of healthcare claim payment methodologies and reimbursement practices preferred
• Experience with claims systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, Facets, or SANP preferred
