Senior Analyst, Marketplace Strategy

Job Summary

As a key member of the Industry Data & Marketplace Strategy team, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Marketplace Strategy will manage complex analytical projects, build and analyze datasets related to MLS and broker dynamics, and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own datasets spanning MLS feeds, broker feeds, and marketplace data
• Analyze listing behavior and brokerage dynamics to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, utilizing data for business decisions
• Highly proficient in SQL and familiar with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks)
• Working knowledge of Python and experience with AI-assisted tools for analysis
• Strong ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems independently
• Foundational understanding of the real estate ecosystem or ability to quickly build domain expertise
