Job Summary

Delivering large-scale automated updates to products and customer accounts, the full-time Senior Analyst, Mass Changes will execute high-volume system updates, partner with business and technology teams for automated billing solutions, and validate deployments for accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume system updates including rate changes and discounts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver automated billing solutions
• Validate and support deployments to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in billing systems
• Proficiency in SQL/database management and data validation
• Experience with system configuration and automation processes
• Strong background in requirements analysis and testing for large-scale implementations
