Senior Analyst, Medical Economics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst of Medical Economics, Stars and Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized Stars and Risk Adjustment reporting using internal data sources and CMS files
• Lead code development and end-user dashboard creation to meet defined business needs
• Analyze data to identify trends and performance opportunities, and develop action plans to address gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in healthcare or related field, or actuarial certification preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in Medicare Advantage Stars or Risk Adjustment analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python; experience with large enterprise data warehouses
• Knowledge of CMS Risk Adjustment and Stars data sources
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
