Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Workforce Management and/or Forecasting
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with WFM platforms and metrics in a Contact Center environment
