Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Tier 3 background investigation
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in higher education or related roles
• Familiarity with military education and occupational structures
• Experience supervising junior staff or leading project teams
