Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, MSK/RBM Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to drive actionable insights for MSK and RBM programs
• Shape and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for MSK/RBM specialty solutions
• Support executive-level communications and serve as a subject matter resource on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of healthcare management or consulting experience
• Experience with health plans or integrated delivery systems, preferably in program design or leadership
• Strong project management skills and a history of managing projects effectively
• Ability to generate insights from complex data and articulate analytics needs
• Experience in MSK management or utilization management programs
