Senior Analyst, Network Contracting

Job Summary

Supporting the network contracting management division, the full-time Senior Analyst, Network Contracting will manage financial analysis of pharmacy contracts, assist in contract negotiations, and collaborate with various internal teams to enhance contracting performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contracting and strategy analytics, including new contracts and renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial models and support pharmacy contract negotiations
• Prepare forward-looking network analytics and participate in regular meetings to review financial results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, actuarial science, or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of database management experience
• Experience in business, finance, or analytics
• Minimum three years of experience in Retail Pharmacy and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) preferred
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and state Medicaid regulations preferred
