Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of financial institutions and network participants, ensuring documentation and eligibility requirements are met
• Conduct thorough reviews to verify eligibility and risk indicators of network participants during onboarding and ongoing assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding workflows and maintain accurate records of onboarding activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in onboarding, compliance operations, or KYC/AML reviews in financial services or fintech
• Proven experience in payments, such as card networks or remittance networks
• Familiarity with onboarding and risk requirements for financial institutions or payment providers
• Experience in a dynamic, remote-first, cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development
