Senior Analyst, Operations Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support, Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end regulatory screening and support integration of regulatory changes
• Manage vendor onboarding, performance, and communication regarding project status
• Contribute to operational excellence by supporting process documentation and project oversight

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in the insurance industry and/or regulatory operations
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, operational risk, or process-driven functions
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business tools
• Ability to manage multiple workflows with consistency and accuracy
