Senior Analyst, Oracle EPM

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Senior Analyst, Oracle EPM will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the design, administration, and optimization of Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environment, partnering with finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Oracle EPM Planning environment, ensuring stability and performance while managing complex business rules and calculation scripts
• Maintain data integrity between ERP and EPM systems by architecting automated data pipelines and managing synchronization of key dimensions
• Deliver advanced analytics and executive reporting through the development of dashboards and reports, providing real-time visibility into financial performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) or Hyperion Planning/Essbase
• Proven experience designing and troubleshooting multidimensional models and business rules in a production environment
• Strong working knowledge of corporate finance concepts relevant to financial planning and analysis
• Experience in a regulated healthcare, insurance, or financial services environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
